It can be switch on at anytime but we do recommend keeping it on during your sleep for better comfort and cleaner air.
Would the light from the lamp be too bright for my sleep?

The 15W incandescent lightbulb is a natural fit for the salt lamp to produce a calm and soothing light for the surrounding. The light is comfortable enough for an uninterrupted sleep.
My home is big, how many lamps should I buy?

Each lamp covers a maximum surface area of 350 sq.ft. We recommend a higher number of lamps to cover more surface area.
